2019 Resolution: Think More Strategically

This is a great time of year to reflect, and develop an outline of success for the new year. It’s a great time to think about the key accomplishments of the prior year, as well as identify priority goals for the new year.

“What is the process to get started?” you may ask yourself.

Here are a few quick tips to help you get started:

  1. List the 3-5 key successes of the prior year. Identify what made them successful.
  2. List 3-5 things you feel you need to work on or improve for the coming year. List why they are important to your business’ success. 
  3. Identify 3-5 goals for the new year. What do you need to do, and by when?
  4. List any experience, education, or certification opportunities you need to accomplish in the coming year.
  5. Identify relationships and other business opportunities that you want to more effectively leverage in the new year.

The above steps will set you well on your way to crafting a strategy for success in this brand-new year!
